Q: What makes Ayotree different from other language school management systems?
A: Ayotree is a school management system (SIS), Learning Management System (LMS), Online Billing, Staff Payroll, CRM and a virtual classroom all built into one system.
Q: Do I have to use the Ayotree URL on the registration page to sign onto my Ayotree account?
A: No, if you already have a URL/website then we can create our login directly onto it.
Q: What does a cloud system mean?
A: Hosted by secured servers, your school information can be accessed anywhere there is internet connection. It’s in real time so many users can be in at the same time making updates from anywhere. Your information does not need to be constantly backed up and you will not need to be afraid of losing data if your office computer happens to break down.
Q: Do I have to pay monthly and can I cancel my subscription anytime?
A: After the free trial you will have the options of paying monthly, every three months, bi-yearly, or for a full year. You can cancel at anytime.
Q: Will students, teachers, parents or companies be able to see the information on the Admin page?
A: The only features that users share are the courses, calendars, attendance reports, and progress reports that they are currently enrolled in.
Q: What if I have more than one school? Can I connect my campuses together?
A: Ayotree is built to manage multiple campuses from anywhere around the world.
Q: Can I restrict what other Administrators can access on my page?
A: Yes the main admin has the capability of setting what other administrators can access.
Q: Can invoices, contracts, emails, webpage, progress reports and evaluations be customized to my school’s requirements?
A: Yes all templates can be customized in the Tools tab.
