Although “offline mode” is under development, there is currently not a way to use Ayotree unless connected to the internet. If you are already logged in and lose your internet connection, the changes you make will take effect the next time a connection is established. We also offer mobile apps for Android and iOS, so that you can continue to use Ayotree through a cellular data connection on a smartphone or tablet.
No. Administrators see a broad view of their account that other user types do not. The only features that regular users may access are the courses, calendars, and attendance and progress reports for courses in which they are currently enrolled.
The primary administrator account has the capability of setting what other administrators may view or modify. These settings are referred to in our software as permissions.
Ayotree values the impact that nonprofit organizations make on the world and we'll do as much as we can to help advance your cause. Usually, your organization must meet the criteria of a 501(c)(3) as defined in the United States. However, the world is a big, big place and rules are different everywhere, so please contact us to see if your organization is eligible.
After your 1-month free trial period, you will have the option of paying monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time by contacting us.
Yes. Our Ayotree Franchise plan is designed to manage multiple campuses or business locations from anywhere around the world. If you currently use the Ayotree Standard plan, you’ll need to upgrade to Ayotree Franchise to manage multiple locations.
Yes. All templates can be customized in the Tools tab to make use of your organization’s color scheme and logo. Customizable templates include invoices, contracts, emails, webpage, progress reports, and evaluations.
Yes. Customers of Ayotree Franchise and Ayotree Marketplace can remove all mentions of Ayotree and all Ayotree branding from our software. This allows companies to “white label” our software and could be important for some businesses. Customers on other subscription plans can contact us if this feature is vital to your business.
Nope! If you prefer to use your own custom URL or domain name, we can help you integrate your Ayotree login page so users visit your custom website to sign on.
Yes. As your needs change, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. There is no additional fee. You will only be charged or credited the difference between the cost of your prior plan and your new plan as soon as the change is made. Any credit you receive will be applied to your next billing cycle.
