Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Ayotree different from other language school management systems?

Ayotree is a School Information Management System (SIS), Learning Management System (LMS), Online Billing, Staff Payroll, CRM and Virtual Classroom all built into one system. Ayotree works on the cloud, allowing users to access their data securely from anywhere in the world using an internet connection.

What does the free trial include?

Your 1-month free trial includes the full-featured version of the Ayotree plan of your choice. You’ll get all the benefits of a paid user while you give Ayotree a test drive.

Will I be able to use Ayotree without an internet connection?

Although “offline mode” is under development, there is currently not a way to use Ayotree unless connected to the internet. If you are already logged in and lose your internet connection, the changes you make will take effect the next time a connection is established. We also offer mobile apps for Android and iOS, so that you can continue to use Ayotree through a cellular data connection on a smartphone or tablet.

Will students, teachers, and other users be able to see the information on the Admin page?

No. Administrators see a broad view of their account that other user types do not. The only features that regular users may access are the courses, calendars, and attendance and progress reports for courses in which they are currently enrolled.

Can I restrict what other Administrators are allowed to access?

The primary administrator account has the capability of setting what other administrators may view or modify. These settings are referred to in our software as permissions.

Do I have to pay monthly and can I cancel my subscription anytime?

After your 1-month free trial period, you will have the option of paying monthly or annually. Annual subscribers receive up to 15% off. You can cancel at any time by contacting us.

Do you give discounts to charities and nonprofits?

Ayotree values the impact that nonprofit organizations make on the world and we’ll do as much as we can to help advance your cause. Usually, your organization must meet the criteria of a 501(c)(3) as defined in the United States. However, the world is a big, big place and rules are different everywhere, so please contact us to see if your organization is eligible.

What if I have more than one campus? Can I connect my locations together?

Yes. Our Ayotree Franchise plan is designed to manage multiple campuses or business locations from anywhere around the world. If you currently use the Ayotree Standard or Premium plan, you’ll need to upgrade to Ayotree Franchise to manage multiple locations.

Can my Ayotree documents be customized to match my organization’s requirements?

Yes. All templates can be customized in the Tools tab to make use of your organization’s logo and color scheme.  Customizable templates include invoices, contracts, emails, webpage, progress reports, and evaluations.

Can I remove the Ayotree name and logo to “white label” my website?

Yes. Customers of Ayotree Premium, Franchise, and Marketplace plans can remove or replace the Ayotree logo and all mentions of Ayotree from our software. This allows customers to “white label” their Ayotree account, which could be important for some businesses. There is an additional fee for this service. You can find details and pricing information on our Custom Services page.

Do I have to use the Ayotree web address on the registration page to sign onto my Ayotree account?

Nope! A customized user experience is vital to some businesses. If you prefer to use your own custom URL or domain name, we can help you integrate your Ayotree login page so users visit your custom website to sign on. This will also allow you to use your own email domain for Ayotree emails. You can find details and pricing information on our Custom Services page.

Can I change my plan without getting charged a fee?

Yes. As your needs change, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. There is no additional fee. You will only be charged or credited the difference between the cost of your prior plan and your new plan as soon as the change is made. Any credit you receive will be applied to your next billing cycle.
